VISA CARD TRANSFER IMPACTED SERVICES

Card - New cards should have arrived.  If you have not received yours please contact us at one of the support numbers below. Please activate your new cards as soon as they arrive.  Old cards will work for a short period of time.

IVR (Interactive Voice Response) - The support number to call for 24/7 access is 1-877-446-1799.  While you have your old card, if you are transferred to a representative, it may be answered as either First Bank of Montana or First Security Bank.

Local Support numbers. You can call your local Branch, Consumer Card Support @ 406-467-2531 or toll free @ 1-833-696-1956.

Online Access – https://onlinebanking.firstdata.com/ecs/firstbankmontana  Old card numbers cannot be registered.  You will need to register using your new Card number.  If you have not received it yet please call one of the support numbers above.

ALERTS - You will temporarily lose access to alerts. Once this service is available we will update this notice.  Any that you currently have will need to be set up again.  These alerts can be transactional or related to changes that are made to your account. 

Rewards - All points that were available on your existing account were transferred to our new program. Once you receive your new card, please log into www.RewardsRedeemed.com and register your account. You may also call 1-866-502-2741. Reward balances that were transferred and those earned since 8/21/21 will show on your new account.

Fraud Monitoring - You will be provided fraud monitoring on your account. Initially you can get e-mail or voice mail notices. Text notices will be available soon.  Calls may come from Glacier Bank, First Security Bank, or First Bank of Montana.
